Refund policy

Every NeonNeedleNook pattern is a digital PDF that you can download as soon as you pay, so all sales are final. Because a downloaded file can't be returned, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.

When we will make it right

If something is wrong with your pattern, we'll fix it. Email us at info@neonneedlenook.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll send you a working file or refund you in full if:

• the file won't download or open, or is damaged
• the pattern is missing pages, colors or symbols, or has charting errors we can't correct
• you were charged twice for the same pattern
• the pattern isn't what was described in the listing

Please include your order number (it's in your order email) and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through our payment processor, Stripe. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a pattern is refunded, its download link stops working.
