Terms of sale

Last updated: 10/24/2026

These terms apply when you buy or download a pattern from NeonNeedleNook at neonneedlenook.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

Our products are digital cross-stitch patterns delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped. Fabric, floss, needles and other supplies are not included. Photos of finished pieces are for illustration; your stitched piece will vary with the fabric, floss and techniques you use.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you check out. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. An order is complete once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Your download link appears on the order page as soon as payment is confirmed, and we email it to the address you give at checkout. The emailed link works for 30 days. After that, sign in on our site with the same email address to download your patterns again. Please save a copy of your files. We may limit how many times a file can be downloaded to protect it from being shared.

Your license

When you buy a pattern, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • download, print and stitch the pattern for your own use
  • make as many finished pieces as you like for yourself or to give as gifts
  • [sell a small number of finished stitched pieces you made yourself, as long as you credit NeonNeedleNook as the designer. Owner to confirm or remove.]

You may not:

  • share, resell, give away, upload or distribute the PDF or charts, in whole or in part, printed or digital
  • sell kits, charts or patterns made from our designs
  • claim the design as your own

The designs, charts and photos remain the property of NeonNeedleNook and are protected by copyright.

Refunds

See our Refund policy.

Accounts

You don't need an account to buy. If you sign in to see your past orders, we send a one-time code to your email; keep access to that inbox secure. We may suspend access to downloads that we believe are being shared or misused.

Disclaimer and liability

We work hard to make every pattern accurate and easy to follow, but patterns are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Colorado], USA.
